Data deletion Policy
At Digital Smart BD, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. In compliance with app store policies, we provide a clear method for users to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data.
1. Types of Data Deleted
When you request an account deletion, we remove the following information from our active databases:
Account profile information (Name, Email, Phone number).
Activity history and preferences.
Any other personal identifiers linked to your account.
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (such as tax/billing records) or for legitimate security purposes.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request to have your data deleted through any of the following methods:
Option A: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Log into your account in the Digital Smart BD app.
Go to Settings or Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. Your data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Option B: Email Request If you cannot access the app or prefer to contact us directly, please send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Required Info: Please provide the email address or username associated with your account.
3. Timeline
Once a request is received via email, we will process it within [e.g., 7 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully removed from our systems.
